When you connect the App to your Shopify store, we receive limited, app-specific data from Shopify via its API, including:

• Product Information: Product details (e.g., weight, material, category, SKU, shipping origin) required to calculate carbon footprints.
• Store Identification Data: Your Shopify store ID, store domain, and basic store metadata (e.g., default currency) to link calculations and badge images to your store.
• Media Library Data: Limited access to your product media library to insert generated carbon footprint badge images as secondary product images.

1.2 App Usage Data (Automatically Collected)

We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the App's performance and usability, including:

• Actions you take within the App (e.g., clicking to calculate carbon footprints, generating badge images).
• Technical data (e.g., App version, browser type, device information) related to your use of the App.

1.3 Information You Provide Voluntarily

We do not require you to submit additional personal or business information beyond what is provided via Shopify's authorization process. If you contact our support team, we may collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your issue (e.g., error messages, App functionality questions).

• Generate professional carbon footprint badge images and insert them into your product's media library on Shopify.
